    A. Responses of representative neurons to AMPAR/KAR antagonist, domoic acid (DoA 200 nM) in the presence or absence of NASPM (30 μM). Both DoA applications were performed in the presence of GABA(A)R antagonist, bicuculline (10 μM). Green curves correspond to neurons insensitive to NASPM and expressing CP-KARs.
